More Ranma/Sailormoon
The brown hair that she knew would hold red highlights in the light was plastered to the other woman's head as she moaned, sweated, and called out her child's name in her sleep. The nightmare had gotten worse over the eleven years since Nodaka's son Ranma had been stolen from her by the fat fool her family had forced her to marry. Genma had claimed that he wanted to train his son to be the best fighter ever. Little did the foolish man know that Ranma wasn't even his child.
As she looked down on her lover in the midst of dreaming of the horrors Genma was putting thier son through Setsuna knew that the next few weeks would be particularly hard for Nodaka. While it was impossible for Setsuna to track the path of someone of her own flesh and blood through the present and future without physical contact, it was easy enough to see into such a person's past if she skipped the nearest two or three years back. And while a person who was so closely related to her was hidden from the Time Gates for the most part, her own premonitions would occasionally give her flashes of what was to come.
It was because of this that she knew that they would meet their lost child sometime soon. And if what she had seen of Genma's treatment of Ranma from a few years back held true, it would be a tough reunion for them all to say the least. But it would be especially hard on Genma. She would see to that personally. After years of tracking the man and coming across people he'd sold Ranma to or engaged him to and bills he'd made using Ranma's name, any mercy she had been going to give the fool had died long ago. Yes, she would see to it that Genma got what was coming to him as soon as she got Ranma away from. The only reason it wasn't done sooner was because the same shadow that cloaked Ranma would also cloak anyone near him.
Shaking herself from the dark turn her thoughts had taken, she reached over to awaken the woman she love with all of her heart. The Scouts were meeting later today and she had promised Usagi that she would be there, which meant that she had to make her daily trip to check the Time Gates earlier than she normally would.
"No-chan," she called gently as she stroked the woman's hair. Nodaka settled from her nightmare and soft smile replaced the scowl on her face, at Setsuna's strokes. Slowly, first one eye and then the other opened up.
"I have to go to 'Work'," Setsuna told her, know that the other woman would pick up the emphasis on the word and know that she wasn't talking about her day job. One of the best things about being a fashion designer was that she worked for herself and could get off whenever she felt there was a need.

Tied Together: Chapter 1
This is the first part of my first attempt at a Demona/Elisa fic for the cartoon Gargoyles. It's a very rough unbetaed first draft. I'm not sure if I should continue with it or not. Anyway, please point out any errors that you notice. If I do continue, I'll update here until I have enough for each new chapter, after which it'll be published on http://www.devianthearts.com and http://www.fanfiction.net Feedback helps, so please comment.
Chapter 1
She woke the way she always did, with none of the grogginess that most people go through after a nights sleep. In fact, if anything her senses were hyperactive upon waking up. And it was this super alert state that allowed her to know right away that she was restrained in an upright position and no longer in her apartment. The next thing she noticed was that Demona in gargoyles form no less) was restrained in a position that she assumed mirrored her own, directly across from her. But where as Detective Elisa Maza was held in place with leather straps, the gargoyle was being held with iron inscribed with runes that experience told the detective were most likely some sort of magic.
"Ah, you're awake I see," came an all too familiar voice from the shadows before any farther observations could be made.
"McBeth," Demona growled, her eyes glowing red with her anger. "Why am I not surprised to find that you're the one behind this." the female gargoyle hissed.
The gray haired man chuckled at the frustration he could hear in his long time enemy's voice.
"I'm glad the two of you are enjoying the reunion, but why the hell am I here?" Elisa spoke up cutting in before the other two could really get into it.
"More importantly, why haven't you killed her yet?" Demona asked annoyed and glaring hatefully at the detective.
For some reason or another, this minor squabble seemed to make McBeth even more happy, "I see I chose wisely after all. I was starting to wonder.” the old warrior stated, ignoring the questions of his...guests.
"What are you up to this time, old man?" Demona mockingly asked. “You're not still upset about Paris are you?” she asked with a smirk that knew would irritate him.
But to her surprise, not only didn't her comment get to McBeth, he also answered her question somewhat. "And that, my dear, is exactly the point. I'm an old man, and I've grown tired of this
immortality and the centuries of conflict between the two of us..."
"Die, then!" Demona snarled staining against the chains to no avail.
"And so I shall. However, to gain my freedom, I've found that I must have someone else to take on my burden of being tied to you. Which brings us to our dear detective Maza. I've chosen you for the simple reason that I believe I can trust you to keep Demona from doing too much harm to the world after I'm gone. Careful observation has shown me that you are one of the few people alive that can trusted with such difficult task.”
"As for the how, I've discovered a way to pass along the curse those damned weird sisters place on us...”
